According to George W. Ilchert, Esq., a partner with Lurie, Ilchert, Mac Donnell and Ryan, LLP (www.limrlaw.com), a New York personal injury law firm that fights for the rights of New York construction accident victims, the City of New York has recently fortified existing asbestos removal regulations, but he says that more can be done to protect New York’s construction workers.
